Hands-on experiences that spark creativity, connection, and confidence.
LIFEbox delivers monthly boxes filled with hands-on activities designed for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and sensory processing differences — and the families, caregivers, and teachers who support them. Each box is a chance to learn life skills naturally through doing, sharing, and exploring together.

Experiences built for ability, joy, and togetherness
We believe the best gifts aren't things — they're moments. Every LIFEbox is thoughtfully crafted, tested, and loved by individuals and their families.
Hands-on creativity
Every box includes tactile, open-ended activities — art, building, sensory play, and more — that invite self-expression and imaginative exploration.
Social by design
Games, shared projects, and conversation prompts that turn one-on-one time or small groups into meaningful interaction and connection.
Natural life-skill learning
Experiences are built around everyday activities — planning, hosting, performing, creating — so life skills grow naturally without feeling like a lesson.
Companion app (coming soon)
An in-development sister app helps track completed experiences, mark milestones, and award achievements for every challenge and activity.

Open, explore, connect
A new themed experience arrives each month with guided hands-on activities that build real life skills through play and shared moments.

A new experience in every box
Each LIFEbox is built around a hands-on experience designed to invite participation, spark creativity, and encourage connection. Every box includes 4–6 carefully selected items that turn an ordinary afternoon into something memorable — not things to collect, but moments to share and skills to build.
Experiences are centered on real-world activities: setting up an event for friends or family, stepping into a role and performing, creating something from scratch, or taking on a friendly challenge at home or out in the community. Life skills like planning, communication, and self-expression are woven into every box, learned naturally through doing. Every box comes with clear, visual instructions and a built-in social challenge card to help turn the activity into a shared moment.

Questions? We've got answers.
Who is LIFEbox for?
LIFEbox is specifically designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and sensory processing differences — as well as the families, caregivers, and teachers who support them. Everyone does the same activity, no matter their ability. What changes is the amount of caregiver support along the way.
What ages is LIFEbox for?
LIFEbox is designed for all ages. There's one version of every activity — caregivers simply step in as much or as little as the person needs to enjoy it fully.
Will LIFEbox help build life skills?
Yes. Every experience is designed so life skills grow naturally through doing — planning a movie night, hosting a friend, performing for family, or completing a community challenge. Skills like communication, sequencing, problem-solving, and self-expression are built into the fun, not taught as separate lessons.
What kinds of activities are included?
Each box includes a mix of hands-on creative projects, sensory-friendly tools, social games or prompts, and guided experiences. Activities are open-ended so they can be enjoyed alone, with a caregiver, or in a small group.
What if something doesn't work for us?
We offer a happiness guarantee. If an item or experience isn't right, let us know and we'll make it right with a replacement or account credit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the United States. International shipping is available for an additional fee.
